BOX OFFICE HOURS

Call Center hours:
Monday through Friday: Noon – 5 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: CLOSED*

Box Office windows are open noon-5 p.m. Monday through Friday, as well as 90 minutes prior to curtain.

*On days with scheduled performances, the Call Center opens at noon and closes 30 minutes after curtain.

The Box Office will close 30 minutes after curtain.

 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

No refunds or exchanges are issued. Exchanges are allowed for season subscription tickets, exclusions may apply.

The Adrienne Arsht Center is only responsible for the ticketing of patrons from the following sources:

• Adrienne Arsht Center Box Office
• Adrienne Arsht Center website
• Broadway Across America
• Florida Grand Opera
• Miami City Ballet
• New World Symphony

The Adrienne Arsht Center reserves the right to refuse admission and reject any ticket that has been issued by another entity that conflicts with a ticket purchased from one of the sources designated above. A patron holding a revoked ticket will not be permitted into the theater unless they purchase a valid ticket.
